What We Do

We are partnered with the EnviroEd, LLC training network, an EPA-accredited training provider offering both initial certification classes and refresher courses that meet the requirements of the Renovation, Remodeling, and Painting (RRP) Rule

We are partnered with the EnviroEd, LLC training network, an EPA accredited training provider offering classes that strictly adhere to the requirements of the RRP rule.  With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, we can provide training that is tailored towards the type of renovations you perform.  Our training experience ranges from small sole proprietor companies and remodelers to big box retailers and manufacturers.

In addition to being an accredited EPA RRP training provider, our firm offers on site personalized consulting services to train your firm in the proper paperwork documentation that is required by the EPA RRP rule which will be requested should an EPA audit occur. We are also licensed to offer Lead Paint Inspection and Lead Paint Risk Assessor services in the state of Texas.

EPA's Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP Rule) requires that firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and pre-schools built before 1978 have their firm certified by EPA (or an EPA authorized state), use certified renovators who are trained by EPA-approved training providers and follow lead-safe work practices.

Why Choose Us

Not only do you learn the EPA Lead-Paint Safe practices and rules through a curriculum that strictly adheres to the EPA course, our instructors add value to their classes by providing information on the dangers of lead paint to you, your loved ones and your clients. With many decades of construction experience, we are able to pass on real world knowledge so you can easily incorporate these regulations into your business and we provide you with a solid knowledge of the paperwork required in case of an EPA audit.

WE DO NOT CANCEL CLASSES.

Companies who come from out of state to teach the EPA RRP course must have a minimum number of students to cover their hotel and travel expenses. If they have not met this minimum, they will cancel on anyone already enrolled. We hear this often from students who scramble to reschedule with us. Since we are local to the Dallas area, we will not cancel a scheduled class even if we have only one student signed up.
